Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear amber with an off-white head. Sweet and intense aroma of noble rot, wood, Brett and Acetobacter. Medium body, dryer than the aroma suggested, but all the same elements with the wood tuned up. Tart yes, but not really sour, The carbonation is to the high side. No bitterness. Very elegant from this young brewery, but turn down the burpiness please. 310822

Bottle at Bogholderiet. Amber with a lasting white head. Funky aroma with malt, spice and citrus. Dry and tart malty and spicy flavour with fruity notes in the finish. Refreshing and full flavoured at the same time.

Draft. An unclear golden beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of brettanomyces, funk, wood, lemons, and malt. The flavor is sour with notes of lemons, funk, brettanomyces, wood, and malt, leading to a tart finish.
