This iteration of The Hexagon Project allowed us to explore 'Strata', a hop varietal attracting some serious attention.
Born in 2009, Strata is the progeny of an open-pollinated Perle located in an Oregon State experimental field at Corvallis, Oregon.
Hexagon Project #10 is a classic SALT DIPA, Full-bodied, vinous mouth with back notes of lemon, lime, guava and melon.
Some peppery spice is evident from Strata’s Perle heritage

Can 44 cl. Pours a cloudy, opaque golden with a small, off-white head. Fruity, juicy aroma. Rich, sweet, fruity body. Rather hoppy finish. 250822
