Bottle 37,5 cl. Pours an almost clear golden with a tiny, white head. Unusual aroma, pear, wood and subtle Brett. Medium body, an initial fruiti sweetness but soon overtaken by a massive sorness - acetic mostly - also with sulphur acents. A hint of vanilla and Brett while the nectarine flavor is challenged in such a sour environment. Interesting at least. 090623

Bottled. A hazy dark golden beer with a beige haed. THe aroma has noes of nectarines, funk, and malt. The flavor is sour with notes of lemons, nectarines, funk, wood, and malt, leading to a tart finish.
