Hazy yellow colour with a mediumsized white head. Aroma is floral, some biscuity, grainy, earthy and mild bready tones to it. Flavour is mild fruits, some floral tones with mild earthy, bready and a bit toasted tones. Rather malty APA.

Hazy yellow colour and small white head. Some citrus, breadyness in the nose. Light-bodied. Pale malts, citrus, fruits, bready. Lame. My 5000th brewery!

500ml Can - Murky dark orange. Orange, grapefruit and pineapple in the aroma. Orange, peach, grapefruit and some earthy and bitter notes in the taste. The finish has some hints of grain.

Can via Bar Vecernice. Lots of oxidation and caramelly maltiness. Feeling stale. Weak hops character. Meh.

Die Optik zeigt helles Goldgelb mit leichter Opaltrübung mit feiner bis mittelgroben CO2-Fäden, die nach oben steigen. Die weiße, feinporige Schaumkrone gibt sich dabei gut haltbar. Die süßlich-fruchtige Duftaromatik reicht von gelben Steinobst, über reife Zitrusnnoten, bis hin zu leicht süßlicher Exotik mit Noten von reifer Ananas und Mango. Der Antrunk kommt schön rezent und süßlich fruchtig. Am Gaumen gut moussierend mit einer zarten brotigen Malzbasis, über die sich eine süßlich-fruchtig-herbe Hopfenaromatik legt. Sehr zitrus- bzw. orangenlastig. Das Gesamtbild gestaltet sich eher simpel, aber ganz okay. Mundgefühl und Süffigkeit würde ich als gebremst bezeichnen. Im Nachtrunk hält die Grundaromatik gut an und eine trockene, leicht adstringierende Hopfencharakter stellt sich ein. Fazit: Ein schönes APA - macht aber schnell satt.

Can 50 cl. Clear golden with a rich and frothy, white head. Dry, spicy - almost perfumy - hop aroma. Light and watery body with hardly any malt feel. Very citrusy. Dry finish with a subdued bitterness. Very light and refreshing, well crafted. 220523

Das erste Mitbringsel vom CBF 2023 wird verkostet. Es ist ein strohgelbes APA, das trotz 11° Stammwürze mit ordentlich amerikanischen Aromahopfen zu einem richtigen Craftbier wird. So vereint es die Süffigkeit des tschechischen Elfgrädigen mit einer Hopfenbittere, welche sonst nur schwere amerikanische IPAs haben. SO schafft es eine tolle Symbiose aus gemütlicher Süffigkeit mit ordentlicher spritziger Hopfigkeit.
