0,5 l bottle from SuperBrugsen, Oksbøl. Black in the glass, huge more than two finger beige foamy head. Sweet malty aroma with choco and coffee. Some wood in the background. Taste starts sweet malty, lactose and choco, licorice in the second part. Some barrelwood and vanilla in the aftertaste. No real bitterness, very low carbonated.

Bottled 500ml. -Courtesy of Marko, shared with him & Hrabren. Black coloured, small to medium sized off-white to pale beige head, roasty and light nutty nose. Light roasted malt, caramel, nutty and light fruity with touch of licorice in the finish. Bit boring.

0.5 l bottle thanks to Marko, shared with Ogi and him. Black, small off-white head to beige head. Aroma is roasty, oaky, dark fruit, blueberries or black currant. Hints of tart berries. Smooth, light body, soft carbonation, toasty and roasty, slightly burnt flavour, hints of licorice and dark fruit. Some tartness, some bitterness but no astringency. Dry finish, drinkable, well balanced.

0.5l bottle, huge thanks H! Shared with Hrabren and Ogi. Bit roasty, dusty, nutty aroma, some dark dried fruit notes. Lean, dry taste, nutty, chocolate, some pleasant licorice touches, not much blackcurrant if any, definitely, some bourbon touches here and there. Licorice is carrying this one in the end.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours an opaque black with a solid, lacing, beige head. Roasty nose with a faint stint of oak. Thinnish body, some sweet chocolate and absolutely no trace of neither blackcurrant or Bourbon. Very timid finish with very little of everything. Not unpleasant, just....meh. 231123
