Can 44 cl. Pours a hazy, reddish/orangey brown with a creamy, beige head. Nutty, overripe fruit, biscuity, lactic tartness with a subdued bitterness. Fermented with a normal Pale Ale yeast, and I have a suspicion that this was never really intended as a Gose, but just some strong ale that turned Sour. Because a Gose it clearly isn't. 280923
