Lovely looking amber ale with a frothy white head and malt and toffee on the nose. Light bodied with a sharpness to it, fruity and malty with a dry finish

[ As Barum Breakfast ].Clear medium amber color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, toffee, sweet malt, phenol, UK yeast. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, sweet malt, fruity, yeast, phenol. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is flat. [20150811]

Cask-conditioned at the Bell, Bath 28/9/07. A standard strong bitter. Bronze coloured with a slight off-white head. Sweet malt aroma followed by a flavour of caramel with a dry finish. Ok.
