A clear golden yellow beer with a white head. Aroma of mild sweet grainy malt and cereals. Taste of mild sweet grainy malt, straw, cereals, mild bitterness, easy to drink.

0,5 l bottle from Erzengel. Thanks a lot! Clear golden, one finger white foamy head. Sweet and grainy aroma. Taste has also some sweetness at the start, some malt and caramel, soft grainy. Low bitterness as expected. Easy drinker.

On tap at the Hambach Festival in Neustadt. We were driving the Weinstrasse on the way to Hamburg and stumbled upon this great festival. Really enjoyable afternoon on July 31, 2022. This was listed at 4.8% for the festival.

Mayers Brauwerk Unser Helles. Huge thanks to Erzengel for that one! Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass with a nice head. Starts mild, malty, some wheaty-spicy notes. More and more fresh hoppy, flowery. Light touch of lemon. Well balanced finish. Quite drinkable. Nice!

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a clear gokden with and lacing, white head. Light sulphur in the nose paired with duscreetly floral hops. Medium body, clean maltiness and a decent finishing bitterness. 220924

500 ml bottle. Clear light golden woitj a foamy head. Grainy, citrusy, malt, lard, hay. Dry bitterness, grainy sweetness. Medium boiled, oily texture, lively carbonated, dry zesty grainy bittersweet finish. Decent Helles!
