13 Months behind schedule is an non adjunct imperial stout based on our core range imperial stout. Stacked with 12 different Malts, brown and muscovado sugar and then was boiled for 6 hours.
When let to warm to over 10C, tons of complex flavours include, Caramel/toffee, raisins, plums, Brownie like chocolate and brown sugar to name a few.
This is a big sweet indulgent imperial stout designed to sip and enjoy over an a few hours.

Tap. Dark brown color with small beige head. Aroma of dark malt, coffee, plums, caramel. Taste is chocolate, dsrkmamlt, light coffee, caramel, plums, vanilla.

Opaque colour and tiny brownish head. Roasted, caramelly aroma. Medium-bodied. Roasted malts, caramalt, bourbon, a bit of spiceyness. Malty. Balanced. ZincFest 2025.

ZincFest2025. Black colour, small beigeish brown head. Aroma is liquorice, chocolate, some toffee, mild rye bready and also some mild alcohol to it. Flavour is liquorice, some chocolate, roasted malts, mild burnt sugary and some muscovado as well as black cherries and some alcohol to it. Big and bold. And very nice.

Canned 330ml. -at Goblet Zagreb. Pitch black coloured, small brownish head, sugary and light alcoholic nose. Sweet roasted malt, chocolate, light dried fruits and alcohol with sugary notes in the finish. Warming finish.

Can at the flat in Sofia - picked up from 100 Beers. Pours black with a small, foamy beige head. Medium to big sweet flavour with rich dark malt character, molasses, hearty booze, decent roast, mellow scorched earth, chocolate bar. Full bodied, lightly chewy, with fine carbonation. Well and warming to finish, big malty character, more molasses, burnt toast, background cocoa, modest earthy bitterness. Super punchy, great depth. Proper boost juice.
