13 Months behind schedule is an non adjunct imperial stout based on our core range imperial stout. Stacked with 12 different Malts, brown and muscovado sugar and then was boiled for 6 hours.
When let to warm to over 10C, tons of complex flavours include, Caramel/toffee, raisins, plums, Brownie like chocolate and brown sugar to name a few.

Can at the flat in Sofia - picked up from 100 Beers. Pours black with a small, foamy beige head. Medium to big sweet flavour with rich dark malt character, molasses, hearty booze, decent roast, mellow scorched earth, chocolate bar. Full bodied, lightly chewy, with fine carbonation. Well and warming to finish, big malty character, more molasses, burnt toast, background cocoa, modest earthy bitterness. Super punchy, great depth. Proper boost juice.
