Can 33 cl. Pours an opaque black with a solid and lacing, light brown head. Unclean gluey aroma obviously from a bad barrel paired with roasted malt. Rich, sweet roastiness, plenty of bitter chocolate. Unclean, tart barre notes. Warming finish. A good beer spoiled by a bad barrel. 020225

Can. Oily black, lasting tan froth. Woody aroma, red wine, choc, some bourbon whiffs, some white glue. Thick, almost slimy mouthfeel at first, but then sharp boozy and rather light. Boozy, rough alc flavour, sweet dark malt, boozy bourbon, some red wine. Finishes rather thick.
