Bottle. Clear yellow/gold with a white frothy head that disappears in a minute. Mild aroma of grains and grass with a tiny fruity note. Taste is grains and grass again plus a lot of minerals with a surprisingly nice fruity touch (citrus fruits and apricots). Only a faint hint of hops and no bitterness to speak of. Medium carbonation. It's ok and süffig but I wouldn't buy it on my own. Shoutout to my father-in-law.

Bottle from Peggy for Christmas, Pours yellowish from the bottle. White frothy head that soon fades. Very mild aroma of grains, plum and light skunk greets the nose. Taste has fruity note to it, a sort of mild unripe plum sourness, and then finishes with spice and a mild papery bitterness. Body is medium, carbonation is moderate. It’s okayish and it did grow on me after a wobbly start, but overall not worth drinking another.

Auch ich habe ein Bier in der Geschenkbox bekommen. Auf meiner war der Spruch “Männer brauchen keine Montageanleitung“. Hergestellt werden die Boxen und Etiketten von der Fa. La Vida und auf Nachfrage dort wollte man mir die Brauerei nicht nennen. Lt. ratebeer kommt es von der Hütt-Brauerei Bettenhäuser. Das Bier in der durchsichtigen 0,33l-Flasche ist ähnlich dem Beck's Gold, obgleich auch etwas feiner im Geschmack. Vielleicht nicht das richtige Bier zum Verkosten, aber auf jeden Fall ein nettes Geschenk.

A fun little house with a beer glass and pretzels thanks to Alex for bringing me this over from Austria. We opened it for Chris b-day. Pours out a crisp golden topped with a white head. nose is grainy grass and corn sweetness. taste is more of the grain and corn. Taste is not so good but it is a cool gift.

Plump herber Antrunk, minimal malzig. Die Herbe bleibt konstant, ein wenig würzig im Mittelteil. Weich bitteres Ende. 7/7/8/6/5/6

Got this as a birthday present. Paper box with "Wer braucht schon Gemüse?" written on it. In it a white glass bottle of beer, called "Bier für Dich :-)". Strange name. Back label says its brewed in a brewery near Kassel with a 250 year brewing tradition. Probably Hütt. Beer in the glass zippy, small head. Starts mild, dominated by malty notes. Fruity hints of apricot. Finish a bit moldy-soapy, but still okay. Quite drinkable. Not bad!
