Drucken på Brewskival 2016. Smak och doft av jäst, citrus, jord, vita vinbär. Torr, viss syrlighet, lagom sötma, vinös, beska med smak av citrusskal. Gott!

Drucken på Brewskival 2016. Aningen funkig, torr och syrlig saison, vinös med fatkaraktär från vinet. Jordig och bärig, omogna bär, citrusskal. Komplex och riktigt god.

[ As Vento Forte Farmhouse Reserva ].Clear medium orange yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, pale malt, moderate yeasty, saison yeast, light spicy, farmyard notes. Flavor is moderate sweet, light light acidic and light to moderate bitter with a average duration, saison yeast, fruity, wheat - pale malt, farmhouse notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150813]

On tap at EurHop 2015 in Rome-Italy. I have had the regular one but this one was really a work of art! Pours semi clear golden color,, medium white foam. Nose: sour, vinegar (positive), citric, orange. Unique. Mouth: just great! Clean, well done! Prosecco, fruits, bit funky. A real gem. This is a solid beer. Good job! Just amazing!

From tap. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is peachy and mild estery. Smooth fruity. Crisp hoppy, bretty, light fruity. Longering smooth fruity. Estery and medium dry finish.
