On tap at Spinnakers, pours a cloudy pale blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of floral hopping upfront, with gentle apple acidity underneath. Flavour is dry, with lots of floral dry hoping upfront that rather scorch the palate, followed by aggressive apple acidity and a dry, astringent finish. Nice experiment albeit rather harsh. Could use some refinement.
