Bottle at home, 13/11/15. Clear golden orange with a decent off white of bubbles that retains for a while then dissipates to a swirl. Nose is light herb, tea leaves, pine, straw, bitter orange, spice, caramel malt. Taste comprises, pine needle, earthy hop, straw, bitter orange, light candied fruit, bubblegum, caramel malt. Medium + body, fine carbonation, light dank hop strokes in a semi drying close. Decent boose juice, good balance and drinkability for the ABV.

(Bottle, 0.65 l - BB 05062016, at Kitty’s, 20150924) The beer poured amber and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had fruitiness, tropical fruits, tangerine and malts. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, peach, tropical fruits, sweetness, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was fruity and bitter. A very fruity and rather soft brew. Pleasant to drink.

Draft at Meridian Pint clear golden yellow color, big fluffy white head with decent retention and solid lacing. Aroma of light lemon, light straw. Taste is very boozy with lemon and hay. Not sure why a beer like this has so much alcohol.

650 ml bottle purchased at Cigarette City, Seabrook, NH. Very nice clarity in a gold color liquid, lasting fluffy head. Aroma is mild floral notes with pine the main character. Served just slightly chilled.

Maybe I’m not hitting this bottle fresh enough. The oats plus the large amount of malt sweetness kind of kills this for me. It still has a strong showing of pine bitterness that every other West Coast IPA/ Storng Ale has. Nothing wrong with it, no flaws but just lots of sweetness. Too much caramel.

Bottle from QClub at home. Clearish amber gold pour with big fluffy head (oatmeal?). Aroma is pine hoppy booze with sweet cereal malt. Taste follows - very resinous hops with big booziness too, and a smooth hint of cereal malt. Much bigger than anticipated - not sure what the oatmeal does necessarily besides the head. Nice though, would probably get again.
