375 ml clear slimline bottle, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 11%. Clear and deep golden to amber colour, no carbonation. Aroma of concentrated apple juice / cider, oak, vanilla, dark rum and apple brandy. Rich and oily mouthfeel. Excellent and extremely sweet flavour with the same elements as the aroma.

Pours clear golden with no head. Aroma has notes of apple, alcohol, oak and vanilla. Taste is medium sweet and medium sour with a long warm, tart, apple, vanilla and oak finish. Body is full, texture is oily and no carbonation.

TCBW2025. Golden colour, small head. Aroma is sweet apples, some mild alcohol with vanilla and mild spiciness. Flavour is very similar to the aroma. Nicely bodied, and actually a very nice sipper.

Bottle. An oily pour reveals a clear golden colored body. Still and headless. The aroma has a gentle booziness, with lots of apple, really rich. Apple pie, apple jam, apple juice and a both ripe and fresh apple. It’s full-bodied and lightly warming, oily, with lots of apple flavors. There’s a gentle touch of wood and forest too. Apple jam, apple juice, fresh apple and overripe apple. Sweetness, and a decent acidity. Lasting finish. Really delicious this one, the booze just adding a nice touch to the cider. 241130
