Black with a brown head - Dark malt wood barrel aroma - Dark malt body with some chocolate with wood barrel flavours and some alcohol sting - Malt and wood barrel flavours goes into the finish with some alcohol heat - This was good

Can 330ml @ gunnfryd. Pours black with a few tan bubbles. Aroma has notes of roasted malt, chocolate, molasses, rum, vanilla, coffee and oak. Taste is heavy sweet and light to medium bitter with a long warm roasted, chocolate, coffee, vanilla and oak finish. Body is full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Can. A black to dark brown beer with a small, dense, beige head. The aroma has a good dash of alcohol, with sweet maltyness borderline maple syrup. Molasses, roasted notes, dark dried fruit. Coffee hints. It's full-bodied and warming, with a very soft carbonation. Sweet. Roasted malts, maple syrup, alcohol and some dark dried fruit. Lasting sweet finish. Rum and boozyness. Nice, but too sweet. 241123
