Kristiansand juleølfestival 2024. Black color with a tan head. Aroma is yeast, roasted malt, bread, coffee. Flavor is dry, yeast, roasted malt, coffee, toffee. Too carbonated.

Superficial tasted @ Håntverkeren juleølfestival. Clear, deep amber body under a fine, tan head. Aroma is basically malty. Taste is roasted malt, some coffee, dry fruit and heavy carbonation. Fine body with same aftertaste. Not amazing, but interesting to see the result of cellaring such a low ABV beer.

Bottle, at Kristiansand Juleølfestival. An almost black one, topped by a dense light tan head. Roasted and lightly burnt aroma with some licorice and toffee. It's dry and medium bodied, with way too much carbonation going on. Roasted malts, burnt malts, coffee, licorice, toffee and some oxidation in the flavor. Medium length fizzy finish. A bit weird, can't really say I think it was a good idea to cellar it for four years before releasing it on the market, but it's not a bad beer either. 241102
