Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 6.5
Cask at the Mill, Cambridge. Clear mid-golden with a big loose white head. Citrus, hay, a bit of butter. Decent taste: bittersweet with a savoury, almost meaty quality. Finish and aftertaste have a more pronounced hop bitterness. Enjoyable and better than the sum of its parts.
