Cask at the Prince of Wales, Foxfield. Bright yellow, clear, with a biggish Northern head. Aroma is malty, buttery, slightly vegetal. Taste has a somewhat substantive bitter quality, yet this doesnโt come across as heavily hopped. This is OK, but I really wanted more from it.
