A single hop beer made with lots of Simcoe hops. A very simple recipe which allows the hop flavour to dominate.

Yellow-orange, clear, not a lot of head. Peach, apple skins and a bit of urinary funk in the aroma. Slight soap. Blanaced bittersweet taste with a hint of salt. Pleasant aftertaste. A bit odd, far from perfect by this brewery’s usual high standard, but still pretty drinkable.
