Gravity cask at Bedford Beer Festival. Golden brown and cloudy. Scent of champagne vinegar, scrumpy apples, cedar. The taste is initial sour-bitter fading to sweet. The salt predominates though, and creates a complex experience on the tongue. Fantastic stuff. Medium palette with a balanced (if slightly too sweet) finish. An exceptional recipe.
