Poured up on tap at the Boca brewpub a very impressive clear amber with micro thin tan head. The very very light aroma hints at malts and sweetness and really nothing else. The taste is bold with caramel and roastiness mixing with some dark fruity esters. By midway it dries out with malt roastiness and pretty much stays that way into the finish. It seems to come across more as a brown ale than a bock.

Bright amber colour. Very toasty nose with some chocolate. Quite sweet. Lots of caramel and light toastiness.
