Our wheat beer not only contains barley but also wheat (50%). This creates a smooth, almost silky taste. The flavours, in this case, are less from the hops and predominantly from the orange peel and coriander seeds which are crushed up and added to the boil. This gives the beer a refreshing taste of orange with a hint of spice. In this creation, we brought all tastes into the glass while keeping the alcohol percentage low. This beer is a perfect introduction to the world of beers.
