Draft at the brewery, 11/1/25. Dark brown, light brown head. Rich, sweet chocolate aroma with some light roast. Chocolate dominates and it's rather sweet. Pretty tasty overall.

Draft at the brewery in Cape Canaveral, FL. Pitch black with a light tan head. Great lacing. Has a nice milk chocolate aroma. This has more chocolate flavor than most chocolate stouts. This would make a great smores beer. Dessert sweet, but not sickly sweet. 4.9% ABV, 30 IBU.

1L bottle-thanks Ibrew2or3 for sharing-pours a tight rich light brown head and black color. Aroma is licorice, chickory, dark malt-molasses. Taste is licorice, chicory/wood/spice hops, dark malt-molasses/cocoa/some burnt dominant taste. Mouth feel is the chicory/wood/spice.

Poured up on tap at the Florida Brew Co. with a dark body and tan head. The aroma exudes bold levels of spicy black licorice as well as lesser amounts of spicy Mt. Hood like hops, black earthy tea and a mild level of dark roasted to burnt malts. They sure serve this cold which does this roasty brew no favors whatsoever. Order some and let it sit for a while. The taste is firm with dark roasted malts mixing with a moderate level of burnt malts as well as chocolate malts and spicy hops. It ends with dark roastiness, some burnt malts and earthiness. It tastes better than it smells.
