Pours gold with a small head.Nose shows fruity and earthy Brett notes with pineapple, mango, apple and peach. Pretty amazing.Flavours are more earthy and funky than fruity. There’s also very little malt, the Brett seems to have cut through it all leading to a very dry finish.Nice moderately high carbonation.

Draught.Hazy golden with head.Aroma is strong fruity of green appels,melon and mango,good note of fresh hops and yeast nice well balanced taste with mild note of White bread and spices.

Keg at Fermentoren, 02/03/14. Golden orange with a good sized off white head that retains well. Nose is brett forward, bitter orange, cats piss, straw, mandarin, apricot, hoppy pangs. Taste comprises tangy hops, pithy orange, light mineral notes, subtle brett leanings not as prominent as the nose, melon. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, grassy bitterness in the close. Nice brett lead IPA.

tap@Fermentoren, Copenhagen (5/3/2014) - fuzzy amber pour with medium white head. Aroma and taste is sweet citrus fruity, also barnyard fruity and bretty, floral and herbal nuance throughout. Nice.

Draft. A hazy reddish beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of petroleum, hops, and brettanomyces. The flavor is sweet with notes of brettanomyces, lemons, straw, hops, and petroleum, leading to a tart finish.

From tap. Pours cloudy orange with a small white head. Aroma is peachy, grapefruity and mild bretty. Leathery, dry, herbal and teaish. Citrusy and grapefruity. Dry and herbal finish. Dry, citrusy and crisp hoppy finish.
