Central City Brewing and Elysian joined forces to create a special house beer for Joey Restaurants in Canada, WA and soon CA. It’s a pale ale with an abdundance of Munich malt and all Amarillo hops - it starts with fruity and floral hop aroma and arrives at a rich, biscuity and pleasantly dry finish. Enjoy it anywhere you find it along the I-5 corridor. [Elysian version brewed and distributed in the US, Central City version in Canada].

Draught @ Elysian Brewing, Seattle, WA
Pours dark orange with a smooth head. Aroma of floral hops, biscuity malts, caramel and citrus. Taste is smooth, floral and fruity with some biscuity crisp maltiness and citrus. Sweetish and smooth finish with some floral notes. Quite easygoing.
