Barwa bursztynowa, piana bardzo obfita. Aromat cytrusy i tabletki, które z czasem przechodzą w trawiaste nuty. W smaku cierpkie, tabletkowa goryczka, długo zalega w gardle. Być może takie ma być, jeśli tak to kompletnie nie mój gust.

Dieses Bier ist ein Bier, das mit vielen Gewürzen -vermutlich aus dem nahegelegen Nationalparks- gebraut wird. In meiner Kindheit hat meine Mutter öfters aus allerlei Unkraut wie Brennnesseln, Gänseblümchen, Löwenzahn, machmal Melisse etc. eine recht wohlschmeckende Suppe gekocht. Und genau so ähnlich schmeckt dieses Bier. Dazu kommt beim Bier eine leicht grasig-hopfige Note mit etwas Pfefferminze, Maggi dazu. Das Bier kann mich aber nicht wirklich begeistern, da es einfach zu sehr nach kalter Kräutersuppe schmeckt. Wem so ewas gefällt, hat auch mit diesem Bier seine Freude.

Bottle. Pours clear amber with airy but stable white head. Clear aroma of hops and grass, with notes of flowers and touches of yeast. Sweetish, malty and estery flavour with notes of caramel and touches of hops and grass. Bitterish, grassy and sweet, malty aftertaste. Low carbonation. Well, drinkable but not particularly exciting.

Bottle. Amber colour, clear, minimal head. Aroma is lots of clove and juniper, also malt, basement, lemongrass, banana. Light bitterness. Too spicy for me, but interesting.

Butelka z datą ważności do 7.04.2018. BARWA: klarowne głębokie złoto spadające w jasny bursztyn. PIANA: brudna biel, średnia, zbudowana z średnich pęcherzyków, szybko się dziurawi i znika do zera. AROMAT: słodki jabłkowo-korzenny, wyczuwalna charakterystyczna nuta trawy żubrówki, w tle cynamon. SMAK: podobnie jak w aromacie jabłko z cynamonem i goździkiem na finiszu niska ziołowa goryczka. Wysycenie średnie do niskiego, średnio pełne. Piwo zakupione tylko z ciekawości przez trawę która faktycznie jest wyczuwalna w aromacie i smaku.

Barwa złota, zamglone, piana biała, umiarkowanie obfita, redukuje się do cienkiej warstwy. W aromacie nieco ziołowości, trawy, trochę podbudowy słodowej. W smaku już zdecydowanie bardziej słodowe, lekko tostowe, karmelowe, ale też się przebija nutka tej trawy, oraz chmielowej ziołowości. Goryczka maksymalnie średnia, umiarkowana pijalność, nawet niezła treść, wysycenie w normie. Nic nadzwyczajnego tutaj nie ma, jest wszystko zgodnie z opisem. Dla mnie jednak trochę za mało się tu dzieje.
