8/6/2018. Cask at the 27th Doncaster CAMRA Beer Festival. Pours yellow gold with a very small white head. Aroma of zesty citrus, grass, biscuit, caramel and flowers. Medium sweetness, light bitterness. Light body, slight oily texture, very soft carbonation.

Cask (handpump) @ GBBF 2015, Great British Beer Festival, London Olympia, Hammersmith Road, London, England W14 8UX. [ As Old Mill Yorkshire Pearl ].Clear medium yellow color with a small to average, open and frothy - fizzy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, biscuit malt, cookie, apple notes. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, biscuit malt, sweet malt, light apple. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20150811]

GBBF Day 1. Cask. Clear pale gold beer, no head. Palate is light, semi dry. Mild fine carbonation. Sweetish pale malts, a little honey. Good tangy marmalade, touch of lemon. Light dry finish.

From cask. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is grassy, light citrusy. Smooth fruity. Bitter, crisp hoppy, toasted malty and light grainy. Dry and bitter finish.
