Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting, my house. Nice head with good duration. Color is brown. Aroma and taste are nuts, caramel, fruits, malt and hops.

Onkel Aksel 240615. Brown colour with a beige head. Aroma is roasted malt, caramel, hop. Flavour is roasted malt, caramel, hop, fruit, bread. Easy drinkable beer.

Brown with an off white head - Malt aroma with some caramel notes - Roasted malt body with some caramle and chocolate notes and some bitterness - The roasted malt and bitterness goes into the finish - This was nice

Nice slightly bubbly mediumlasting head. Aroma is weeds, plastics, bark, wet grass, minerals, caramel malts, nuts. Taste is slightly harsh roasted, weeds, hay, minerals, burnt grain, plastics, caramel, nuts. Medium bitterness, slightly dry and watery mouthfeel. Boring.

Big beige head. Clear deep dark red body. Roasty dusty earthy aroma with caramelly nutty notes. Dry-sweet roasty earthy nutty taste with dusty fruity notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, soft mouthfeel. Very delicately balanced. Roasty earthy caramelly aftertaste with rye crisp bread and fruit notes. Nice, drinkable, harmonic. (0.33l bottle, from Gulating Ølutsalg, Strømmen. Batch #2.)

33cl bottle from Meny Bjølsen, Oslo. Pours clear mahogany coloured with a modest tanned head. Malty aroma with roasted notes, caramel, nuts and hints of dark fruits and coffee. Moderate to medium sweet with nice malty flavours and a mild, but balanced bitterness. Tasty and easy to drink, but also quite easy to forget.

Mahognybrun klar med lavt beige skum. Lukter brent karamell, melkesjokolade og trevirke. Søtlig smak sjokolade og karamell, lett bitterhet mot kaffebønner og kakao. Middels lang.
