Cask at the Saffrons taproom, Eastbourne. Poured a clear medium to dark brown colour with a lasting, thin, broken, off-white head. The aroma is yeasty, toffee. The flavour is moderate to light sweet and bitter, with a smooth, light, earthy, light red berry fruit, Christmas spices palate. Medium to light bodied with soft carbonation.

Cask gravity at Tonbridge Rugby Club Winter Festival 2024. Dark cola colour lasting beige head. Malty aroma. Some dark fruit light sourness. Some dark fruit jam. Yes a good old ale. Dark fruits Juicy. Jammy. Light bitterness on the finish. Decent enough
