Sunset in colour due to the combination of lager malt and speciality malts. This beer is elegant, smooth and fruity, with a little spicy aftertaste and a hint of orange. A delicious thirst quencher best served chilled.

20/8/2025. Cask at the 46th Peterborough Beer Festival. Sweaty, musty, damp straw, starchy, potato, stone fruit, yeasty aroma. Moderate sweetness, light sourness. Not one we enjoyed.

Cask handpull at The County Hotel JDW Ashford. Clear gold colour lasting white head. Fullish in mouth. Very light Belgian presence. Faint esters. Light malts. Some bitterness on the finish. A bit thin. It's OK but not what i would call a Belgian ale. Needs a bit more character yeast esters. Some strength from abv.
