A sweet, pie-inspired treat with an intriguing honeyberry twist!
Our tart Berliner Weisse base is topped with almost a tonne of Honeyberries for sweet, complex berry notes, with additions of sweet vanilla and warming cinnamon to take this sour to pastry town.
What is Honeyberry we hear you ask? Described as the love child of blueberries and cranberries, they've got a beautifully sour-sweet berry profile which makes them perfect for use in jams, desserts, or beer!

On tap at Little Faith Taproom, Deptford. Reddish orange pour with a light pink head. Nose is cranberry juice,raspberry, blackberries, very aromatic. Taste is cranberry sauce,bubblegum, raspberry jam, strawberry. Sweet, tart and fruity. Very decent.
