Yakima Chief sit proudly amongst the elite players of the hop farming world. We’re honoured to have worked closely together, creating an IPA recipe that showcases three incredibly tasty varietals, all grown on their American farms. The first, HBC 638, is a relatively new variety that brings a rainbow-hued medley of mango, pineapple, melon, cherry and strawberry flavours. Cryo Pop B brings a punch of berry notes, while Cashmere brings a tropical fruit hit that was particularly evident in this year’s crop.
