Tämä farmhouse ale on lymyillyt Chardonnay-tynnyreissä 10kk yhdessä erilaisten brettanomyces-villihiivakantojen sekä maitohappoa tuottavien bakteerien kanssa. Lopulliselle kypsyttelylle on annettu runsaasti aikaa ja pullotuksen jälkeen olutta on varastokypsytetty vuoden päivät ennen julkaisua. Lopputuloksena on hienostunut yhdistelmä happamuutta, villejä- ja viinimäisiä hedelmäaromeja sekä tammitynnyrin tanniineja.

From backlog. 750ml bottle @ Coolhead Viikki. Vinous, dry and woody with hints of bretta, tannins, loads of grape juice and sweetness. (Bottle, 0.75 l - bottled 02/2020 - BB 01.06.2022, at CoolHead Taproom, 20210502) The beer poured deep amber and rather cloudy. Its head was small and white. Aroma had wood, vineousness, spiciness, vanilla tartness and lightly stomach acids. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were wood, tartness, spiciness, malts, fruitiness and bitterness. Aftertaste had wood, fruitiness, tartness and bitterness. A pleasant spicy brew with subtle barrel notes.
