Tail Grabissa on hiivana hedelmäinen Verdant-hiivakanta. Hedelmääkin tähän on lisätty mehukkuutta sekä pientä hapokkuutta tuovan mandariinipyreen muodossa. Oluessa on käytetty myös Olarin Panimon historian ensimmäistä kertaa Uudesta-Seelannista tulevaa passionhedelmäistä Nectaron-humalaa. Muut humalalajikkeet ovat Citra, Amarillo sekä Centennial. Kaksostaan hiukan suutuntumaltaan kevyempi ja hennon hapokas.

(Bottle, 0.75 l - hand bottled, from the brewery, 20210430) The beer poured orange juice coloured and cloudy. Its head was small and white. Aroma had tangerine, pineapple, spiciness and light hop burn. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were tangerine, apricots, spiciness, tartness, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste had apricots, tartness, malts and bitterness. A pleasant hoppy brew with complex notes and good bitter finish.

750ml growler from brewery. Vertical with Nose Bone. Dry, juicy and tropical fruity with some grassy hops, pine, grapefruit, orange juice and tangerine, hints of bitterness. Quite nice dry and hoppy NEIPA.
