Named after the small ship that would ferry oysters from Whitstable up the estuary to London over a century ago. Market Hoy is our interpretation of a classic London Porter. We brewed this beer with seven different malts, Kentish hops and Whitstable Rock Oysters. The result is an ultra drinkable dark beer with gentle notes of caramel, dark fruits, spice and subtle minerality.
