Bottled 330ml. -from U2 supermarket Torino. Unclear pale golden coloured, medium sized white head, yeasty and mild fruity nose. Wheaty, yeasty, light fruity and rather strong carbonation with sweetish finish.

Il gusto al naso trova il frumento. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e la persistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma dal colore bianco candido ha una buona tenuta, è persistente, voluminosa e con merletti sul finale. La grandezza delle bollicine è media. La carbonazione è eccessiva. La consistenza del liquido è limpida Il perlage è costituito da bollicine medio-fini. La carbonazione è abbondante, frizzante, persistente ed insistita. Il colore è giallo dorato carico. Il corpo è leggero e scorrevole. Il dolce è medio. L'amaro è moderato. L'intensità gustativa è normale e la persistenza gustativa è sufficiente. La birra è parecchio gassata. Le sensazioni boccali finali sono di facile beva. Il finale è dissetante e semplice. In bocca l'aroma restituisce sentori di frumento, orzo e fiori.
