[ As Gamma / Flying Couch Cerveza de la Siesta ].Unclear - hazy medium to light orange yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, pale malt, moderate hoppy, grass, fruit malt, fruity hops. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, crispy hops, fruity malt, fruist hops, grass. Very easy to drink ;D Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150915]

Draught at All In Beer Fest 2015. Light hazy golden liquid with medium white head. Aroma of grain, bread, citrus, pine, floral hops and hay. Taste is dry and light bitter with notes of citrus, light bread, light grain and citrus. Light to medium bodied with medium carbonation. Nice, drinkable.
