Bottle at De Pelgrim. Hazy golden with small white head. Lemon, lime, light dough, peach, grapes, light banana yeast with some allspice, bread, soft caramel underneath, light mineral towards the finish. Under medium sweet and light bitter. Medium bodied with doughy feel. Not a typical weizen at all but interesting and drinkable beer.

Sample, on tap at the brewpub at 5.5%. Slightly hazy, pale straw yellow with a thin, frothy, white head. Sweetish, yeasty-spicy, minimally fruity aroma of banana, vanilla, clove and honey. Sweetish, yeasty-spicy taste of banana, cloves, honey and vanilla, followed by a short, yeasty-spicy, minimally sourish finish. Thin to medium body, smooth and slightly creamy mouthfeel, soft carbonation.
