One half of this IPA pair comparison project. Hopped with HBC 586, Idaho 7 and Mosaic. This is a hazy IPA, brewed with all the same ingredients as Black IPA Timmy, except a completely different malt profile. The different malts show the contribution they have to flavour and experience.

Panda at home, thanks to Kenneth, 03/09/24. Dirty faded orange appearance topped with a just off white head. Nose is orange zest, grass, pineapple, melon, airy malts. Taste comprises bitter orange, passionfruit, grass, papaya, mandarin, melon. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with balanced juicy hop bitterness. Tidy clean and easy drinking IPA.

Can. Hazy yellowish gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Airy palate, mildly dry, decent fine minerally carbonation. Thin but smooth and creamy sweet malts. Smooth pine into nice tropical fruits and citrus. More of the former than the latter. Modern Mosaic candy fruits on the back end along with a very light touch of blueberry. Light crisp finish. Yeah, a very nicely hopped IPA and very drinkable.
