We went all in with this one. New base recipe, new water profile and a couple of new hop products involved.
Citra Dynaboost in the whirlpool contributing to biotransformation during fermentation for extra fruity esters. Dry hopped heavily with Mosaic Cryo, Nelson Bliss and Enigma, creating a berry-grape hop juice.

Tap at mikkeller London. A translucent golden orange coloured pour with a fine white head. Aroma is big dank, green mango, citrus, floury wheat. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, juicy fruits, sticky orange, juicy fruit, dank citrus. Palate is semi sweet, tangy, moderate carbonation, resinous. Solid dank dipa.

8th September 2024 Panda thanks to Cloin. Double thanks for this tap panda, cheers mate! A mild haze on this gold beer, decent bubbly pale cream colour head. Light palate, mildly dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Light but pretty sweet creamy malts. Hops bring light crisp pine. Pronounced candy fruits and a lesser but bright citrus, orange and mandarin. Enigma quite sweet here also, light but sweet cranberry, not much black pepper. Light and semi dry finish. Sweet but its pretty drinkable.

Keg at Mikkeller Exmouth Market brewpub, 21/08/24. Moderately hazed golden with a just off white cap that thins to a swirl. Nose is grass, pineapple, airy malts, melon, grapefruit zest. Taste comprises mixed tropical fruits, melon, stone fruit, grass, lychee. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with juicy come resinous hop bitterness. Tidy enough DIPA.
