50cl can from Abeervinum, Rimini, Italy. Pours red amber, with fine white foam. Aroma is earthy and malty. Body and carbonation are average. Taste is quite bitter for a best bitter, even unbalanced. Final is overly bitter, overly earthy.

Can from Against The Grain. Deep golden body with a slight haze and a thick off-white head. Lively carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of earth, elderflower and grass. Flavour of rust, grassy hops and brown bread. Medium body with a slick texture. Soft fizz. A delicious, nourishing beer. One of the best beers of this style I’ve tried.

Can @Beershoppe (Rome). Ambrata, leggermente torbida, schiuma bianco sporca media. Al naso note di malto, biscotto, leggera nocciola, terroso, erbaceo. In bocca ha un attacco maltato abboccato e una chiusura amara piuttosto importante, lunga e persistente. Corpo medio-leggero, carbonazione media. Non male.
