Can at home picked up from marble online. A light hazed amber coloured pour with a lasting creamy off white head. Aroma is big nutty twiggy malts, bark, dirty wood, burnt grass, metal. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, raw grains, bitter grass, burnt grass, pine bark, wood. Assertive bitterness,. Palate is semi sweet, raw grain tannins, fine carbonation.. Raw and super bitter.

Arôme sur un bouquet malté pâle, bien biscuité - pâle, support parfumé discret des houblons - finement terreux et fleuri.
Palais sur un délicat malté, pâle, excellent côté biscuité qui perce en support - belle amertume des houblons - noble anglais avec un effet terreux et floral - j'adore cette finalité de bouche sur le toasté avec ample amertume en complément.

Cask at the Southampton Arms, London on 14th January 2025. Coppery amber with shallow, lasting off-white foam and full lacing. Malty aroma. Maltiness in-mouth with bitterness that accompanies it into the finish. Full bodied with a smooth mouthfeel.

Gravity cask at the 33rd Ealing Beer Festival, 12/07/24. Clear golden with an off white head. Nose is biscuit malts, breads, grains, grass, stewed fruits. Taste comprises biscuit, toffee, faint orange peel, grass, hedgerow, straw. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Decent bitter.
