This tropical BCN Weisse was brewed with an eye on summer and packed full of sunshine. 5 fruit carts full of mango, guava and a tiny hint of ginger are jammed into this summery smoothie. A grist heavy on oats give a silky soft mouthfeel to enhance the tropical vibes even more.

TCBW2024. Hazy orange colour with a mediumsized white foamy head. Aroma is tropical fruits, some slight tartness, wood and a bit gingery tones. Flavour is tropical fruits with some ginger and mild juniper tones to it. Tartish sweet thing.

Nagy, tartós hab, narancssárga szín. Fanyar, gyömbéres, guavás, mangós illat. Savanykásx, guavás, gyömbéres, mangós ízek, némi búzás háttérrel. Közepesen testes, közepesen szénsavas, leheletnyi citrusos kesernyével. Frissítő.

Keg at BrewDoge Clerkenwell, 28/06/24. Fruit smoothie orange topped with a white cap. Nose is mango flesh, mixed tropical fruits, melon. Taste comprises melon, papaya, mixed tropical fruits, mango sorbet. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a modest puckering bite. Passable affair ... nice mango profile but overly sweet.
