Beech Life is what we would call a modern Helles. It has a touch of beech smoked malt and modern German hop varieties Saphir and Callista. Super-pintable, hope you all enjoy it as much as Alfie does. It has lagered for 6 weeks post fermentation. Smooth and easy for Summer.

Tap @MBCC 2025, Blue Session. Clear golden white head. Malty, floral aroma. Sweet malty flavour, no real bitterness.

MBCC 2025, Blue Session. A clear golden yellow beer. Aroma of straw, cereals, hay. Taste of mild grassy hops, pale malt, hay, easy to drink.

Keg at Mikkeller Exmouth Market, 28/06/24. Clear light golden blonde, vigorous carbonation on the eye, topped with a Mr Whippy style heed. Nose is pale malts, lemon zest, grass, herb. Taste comprises toasted grains, pale malts, lemon verbena, tangy citric notes, breads. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close. Decent enough refresher ... perhaps a touch overcooked with the citric elements.
