21st July 2024 Panda thanks to Wingman. Very hazy blackcurrant colour beer, small and short lived magenta head. Light palate, mildly dry, decent fine carbonation. Good berry fruit richness, never acid thanks to the nicely balanced yoghurt, that comes over quite vanilla like. Blackcurrant, blackberry, raspberry, touch of strawberry. A little spice on the semi dry finish, not obviously cinnamon though. A nicely put together fruity affair, goes down well.

Panda at home, thanks to the Wingmane, 05/07/24. Blackcurrant red with a crimson cap that thins to a swirl. Nose is red berry pulp, cinnamon, light spice, cherry skins. Taste comprises blueberry yoghurt, tarte raspberries, lactic tang Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a mellow puckering edge. Fun enough sour but as with all these pastry sours ... not enough sour and overly sweet.

Can at home. Pours deep purple, nose is cream, blackcurrant, raspberry, taste is similar, sweet.
