Bottle 50 cl. Pours a clear amber with an off-white head. Chewy, malty, toffeeish aroma. Rich, malty body. Toffee, burned caramel and nuts, sufficient hops for balance. Solid and clean. 080616

Bottle 500ml. [ As Grauballe Barbock ].Light unclear medium amber orange color with a average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, bread, pale malt, sweet malt. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, candy, burnt sugar, sweet malt, pale malt, caramelized malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20151121]

Bottle, 7%. Clear dark amber with small off-white head. Aroma is malt, caramel, little toasted and yeast. Flavour is malt, caramel, yeast, harsh, bread, phenols, medium sweet and medium bitter.

Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting, my house. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are bread, caramel, fruits, burnt sugar, malt and hops.

Tap@Taphouse, Copenhagen - amber pour with beige head. Sweet to light toasty malty aroma and taste, caramel, grassy and bitter finish.

From tap. Pours clear and golden orange to amber with a small tan head. Aroma is toasted malty and light fruity. Toasted breadish malty and slight bitter. Dry toasted finish.

Draft. A dark amber beer with a huge lazing yellowish head. The aroma has notes of caramel, malt, and a bit of hops. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, and alcohol, leading to a dry finish.
