50 cl bottle. Pours pitch black with a small brown head. Aroma is roasted dark malty. Sweet, roasted dark malty. Bitter, dsrk malty. Slight sweet. Dry and roasted dark malty. Breadish roasted finish.

Bottled 500ml. -from Beergium. Black coloured, minimal brownish head, mild coffee in the nose. Roasted malt, milk chocolate, coffee, notes of ash and filtar coffeewith bitterish roasty finish. Slightly dry also. Nothing special here.

Opaque brown colour, small brownish head. Aroma is combination of milk chocolate, ash, coffee, tobacco and vanilla. Medium-bodied. Flavour is mainly coffeish with evident lactose elements. A bit watery finish. Sweetish. Leaves me a bit cold.

Bottle from Burg Bieren, BB 10.08.2017, 50 cl sample. Dark brown color, short frothy head. Aroma of earthy coffee, slight roast and some dark chocolat. Fairly bitter in taste, lots of earthy coffee, bit mocha sweetness. Velvety texture, soft carbonation. Great balance. Another worldclass beer from Rockmill.
