750ml wired cork bottle, present from Margaret. Opened with a pop. Slightly hazed yellow gold colour, short-lived foamy white head and aroma of apple, fruit, musty. Taste is sweetish, tangy, apple, fruity, with funk, some tartness and mellow acidity. Medium bodied, foamy spritzy carbonation, drying acidic finish. Nicely drinkable.
